Sleep

What is wrong with me? Lately I have been staying up late and then naturally waking at 5 or 5:30. I'm getting very frustrated with my lack of sleep. I'm trapped in this viscious cycle of staying up late, getting up early, drinking bucketfuls of coffee to stay away during the day and then it starts all over again.

Last night I HAD to stay up to get some work done so I downed some caffienated beverage at 8:00 at night. Boy that was stupid. I maybe got 4 1/2 or 5 hrs of sleep. So today I had a ton of coffee to make up for it and here I sit, tired but not tired enough to sleep. GRRRR!

I think I need to go into coffee detox, but I fear for my kids and husband if I try to do that.
